PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN TELUS AND FLO

Telus and the electric vehicle charging network operator have teamed up to enable FLO to monitor public and commercial charging stations, perform remote diagnostics and provide assistance when needed. This will give FLO real-time visibility of as many as 60,000 charging stations in Canada and the USA over the next five years.

The goal is to install around 5,000 public fast-charging stations in Canada, operating on the Telus network. “We’re delighted that TELUS is helping us create the future of carbon-free transportation,” said Louis Tremblay, President and CEO of FLO.

This is not the first partnership Telus has established. Earlier this year, the telecommunications company teamed up with Australian company Jolt.
