TESLA CUTS PRICES AGAIN
By Éric Descarries
Tesla has just announced another price cut for its vehicles, both in the United States and in Canada. After reducing the price of the Tesla Y from $CAD 85,000 to $69,990 last January, the price of the S from $142,990 to $122,990 and the price of the Model 3 to $54,990, a reduction of $5,000 (which would translate into a reduction of about $12,000 with Quebec subsidies); Now the American automaker has done it again, lowering the price of the VUM Model X by $CAD 7,000, with the all-wheel-drive vehicle starting at $135,990 (while the more elaborate Plaid version goes to $149,990, again in Canada).
For the moment, only one other American manufacturer, Ford, has decided to lower the prices of its popular Mustang Mach-E by some $8,800 to make them more affordable and above all more popular!
