AFEELA, A NEW CAR NAME BY HONDA

A new brand of electric cars was unveiled at the most recent Consumer Electronics Show held at the beginning of the year in Las Vegas: Afeela. Surprisingly, this new brand will shortly be offered to the North American market by a unusual joint venture, Japanese car maker Honda and electronics specialist Sony, under the moniker of Sony Honda Mobility. The lovely sedan shown at the 2023 CES did not have a specific model name but the company announced it would make it to production and would hit the road by 2026. As a matter of fact, Sony Honda Mobility has also confirmed that it would be taking orders as soon as 2025. As expected from such giants, the car shown at Las Vegas had some 45 sensors and cameras placed inside and outside the vehicle. The car also includes an important number of next-generation software.
