DISTRIBUTION STOX ACQUIRES THE DISTRIBUTION DIVISION OF SERVICE DE PNEUS LAVOIE OUTAOUAIS INC

On March 5, 2022, Distribution Stox, a recognized leader in cars, trucks and commercial vehicles tire distribution, finalized its acquisition of the distribution division of Service de Pneus Lavoie Outaouais Inc. The agreement includes the acquisition of the distribution operations of four warehouses located in Gatineau (QC), Ottawa (ON), Belleville (ON), and Brampton (ON). The company has an integration plan in place to ease the integration of the teams, systems and customer order management. The sales operations teams are also working closely with on-site employees to ensure a smooth integration. Distribution Stox plans to change the ordering platform in summer 2022.
