1- TARGET 2035: Sponsorship opportunities
This year’s Electric Mobility Canada conference, taking place virtually on October 5-7, is titled TARGET 2035 to highlight the Federal Government’s recent announcement that all new cars and light trucks sold by 2035 will be electric. These are very exciting times in our industry and so we expect that this year’s virtual conference will set records for attendance. TARGET 2035 will bring together leaders and experts from Canada and around the world to discuss a number of key areas related to electric mobility in programs, policies, and innovative technologies for Canada to reach and even surpass its 2035 target!
There will be designated sponsored times for your organization to showcase your work, products and services with corporate video segments. Sponsorships are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. We would be pleased to customize a package to align with your corporate goals based on this framework.

2- Latest Zero Emission Vehicle sales data from StatsCan
With Canada’s commitment to transitioning to a cleaner economy, Statistics Canada has updated the Canadian Statistical Geospatial Explorer Hub to include new quarterly data on zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) registrations in Canada between 2017 and 2021. While annualized data were available previously, users now have access to more up-to-date information.
The Canadian Statistical Geospatial Explorer provides users with ZEV registration data down to the Census Subdivision Geography level. When paired with the New Motor Vehicle Registrations: Quarterly data visualization tool – which allows users to view new electrical vehicle trends at the provincial and national levels by quarter, this tool will give users more detailed insights into the increasing adoption of zero-emission vehicles by Canadians.
