The all-electric Ram is coming…soon

As reported by the Detroit Free Press, chances are that we should be seeing an all-electric Ram pick-up truck in the FCA line up very soon.

But how soon, nobody knows for sure. It’s just that FCA’s CEO Mike Manley announced the coming of the electric Ram during the company’s third-quarter earnings call.

Note that FCA has no all-electric vehicles in its line-up (the earlier Fiat 500 E was discontinued quite a while ago) and very little hybrids except the all-new hybrid Jeep Wrangler 4xe that should be at the dealerships next year. FCA will then have to compete with Ford’s all-electric F-150, GM’s Hummer EV and newcomers such as Bollinger, Rivian, and Lordstown, and even Tesla with its Cybertruck !
