Toyota halts the sale of hybrids abroad

Toyota is halting sales of several hybrid models abroad but says there’s no change to its North American lineup.

After finding faulty brake parts in its supply chain for several popular models, Toyota stopped sales of the RAV4, Camry, Prius, Corolla Hatchback, Lexus ES 300h, and UX350h in some overseas markets. The company has launched an investigation but continues to sell these models in North America for now.
