Uni-Select Appoints Brent Windom to Board of Directors

BOUCHERVILLE, QC, May 3, 2019 – Uni-Select Inc. (TSX: UNS) is pleased to announce the appointment of its President and Chief Executive Officer, Brent Windom, as a member of its Board of Directors. This appointment came into effect on May 2, 2019. Mr. Windom held various leadership roles during his more than 30 years of experience transforming the automotive aftermarket industry.

Today’s announcement is part of the Board’s ongoing renewal process. Since May 2017, six new members have joined the Board of Directors. With the appointment of Mr. Windom, Uni-Select now has a total of twelve directors.
