Budget Expected to Support EVs in Canada

On March 19th, Canadian Finance Minister Morneau is expected to have great news for the electromobility industry in Canada. Electric Mobility Canada (EMC) has persistently lobbied for a national ZEV strategy and incentive. EMC’s pre-budget submission requested a $5000 vehicle purchase incentive and it appears that it’s exactly what we’re going to get. Multiple signals received over the last couple of weeks have us very optimistic. Get ready for what promises to be an ELECTRIFYING budget.
