EX-RIVIAN VP AT THE HELM OF STELLANTIS’ NORTH AMERICAN PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

Stellantis appoints Tim Fallon, ex-Vice President of Production at Rivian, to head up the department’s North American operations. After two years with the electric vehicle (EV) automaker, Fallon will bring his expertise in EV manufacturing as Stellantis prepares to launch several electric models, including the Jeep Wagoneer S and Ram 1500 REV. As of September 2, he will replace Mike Resha, who will be overseeing the company’s worldwide injection moulding and pressing operations.

This change comes at a time when the automotive group is facing quality problems in its US plants. Carlos Zarlenga, COO of Stellantis, expressed his confidence in Fallon to improve production quality and efficiency. Carlo Materazzo, Rivian’s vice-president of the supply chain and logistics at Rivian since November, will supervise production on an interim basis. This appointment is part of a series of management changes at Rivian, following the departure of several key executives.
