ABB and BEQ Technology promoting electric mobility

ABB and BEQ Technology, the latter a specialist in the installation of charging stations for EVs, have reached an agreement that will help BEQ Technology customers use world reknown ABB charging solutions thus helping accelerate electric mobility acceptance in Quebec. With Plan 2030 for a green economy in Quebec, the Province would like to eliminate the sales of gasoline powered vehicles within 2035, increase the number of electric vehicles (EVs) in mass transit, decrease greenhouse gas emissions and increase investment in the local economy. Within this agreement, BEQ Technology will sell and install ABB charging solutions for EVs, mostly Terra AC high quality wall-mounted charging stations, Terra DC high speed ultra-compact charging stations and Terra 54 fast charging stations that can provide some 100 km of charge within 25 minutes.
