TOYO ANNOUNCES A TIRE FOR ELECTRIC LIGHT TRUCKS

Japanese manufacturer Toyo has just announced that it will shortly be offering a new tire, the NANOENERGY M151 EV. This product is specially designed to meet the current growing demand for electric light trucks, especially for delivery applications. The NANOENERGY M151 EV features an asymmetrical tread pattern developed specifically for electric trucks, to deliver balanced performance in terms of traction and abrasion resistance, and thus ensure lower performance costs. The tread pattern is created for a precise acceleration on a wet pavement, while the more pronounced lateral grooves contribute to traction. At the same time, the manufacturer announces that rolling resistance and wear will be reduced by 21% compared with previous-generation tires.
