THE INNOVATIVE VEHICLE INSTITUTE SELECTED BY STEVEN GUILBEAULT FOR ITS ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Minister of the Environment and Climate Change chose to present his five new sustainable investment tax credits at the Innovative Vehicle Institute (IVI), affiliated with the Cégep de Saint-Jérôme. This choice is obvious when one knows the unique expertise offered by these institutions. The presence of Steven Guilbeault underlines the importance of these facilities on a national level. Indeed, IVI cumulates 20 years of experience in the development of electric vehicle prototypes and the Cégep de Saint-Jérôme is the only college in North America offering an Attestation of College Studies in Electric Vehicle Technology and a Diploma of College Studies in Composite Materials Engineering. “The Canadian government’s strategy will certainly enhance the promotion of new technologies to businesses and the general public, as well as their emergence,” said François Adam, Director of the IVI.
