POLESTAR, OFFICIAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE OF THE FESTIVAL DU NOUVEAU CINÉMA

The Swedish automaker’s electric vehicles are the official means of transportation for artists, professionals and industry leaders at the 51st Festival du nouveau cinéma (FNC), which runs in Montréal until October 16.

At the opening of the Festival, Charlotte Le Bon, Canadian actress and director of Falcon Lake (North American premiere), arrived in a Polestar 2.

“We are proud to be the official electric vehicle of this famous festival. It’s in our DNA to support the Festival du nouveau cinéma’s efforts to reduce its carbon footprint while celebrating art and innovation around the world,” said Hugues Bissonnette, general manager of Polestar Canada.

Founded by Volvo Cars and Geely in 2017, Polestar is a manufacturer of premium electric vehicles. Its vehicles are currently available in markets in Europe, North America, China and Asia-Pacific.
