Even more possibilities with Super Cruise

General Motors is definitely taking the lead in the world of autonomous cars as its Super Cruise system gets some major upgrades.

Indeed, this SAE-level autonomous driving system still requires driver vigilance, but it has just been revised to incorporate automatic lane changes in addition to some towing adaptation capabilities for SUVs and pickups.

The latest version of Super Cruise will be available with some 2022 Cadillac Escalade, CT4 and CT5 versions in addition to some Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra and Hummer EV versions. By the 2023 collection, 22 vehicles will be available, including Cadillac Lyriqs. Unfortunately, GM will not be able to update the current systems, as they would be missing details in their digital architecture.
