Jim Pattison Lease Leadership Announcement

Jim Pattison Lease announces that Mike Rusch, President of Jim Pattison Lease has accepted the role of Senior Vice-President with the Jim Pattison Group effective January 1, 2022.  Taking on the role of President for Jim Pattison Lease is Ryan D’Souza.

Mike has been with the Jim Pattison Group since 1995 and has worked in various operating divisions of the Company, including the Pattison Broadcast Group, The News Group US, and Jim Pattison Lease for the past 13 years.  Mike is a Certified Accountant and previously served as CFO for Jim Pattison Lease prior to taking on the President role.  “While I will miss working with the great customers of Jim Pattison Lease and our amazing team of professionals, I am excited to take on a new role with the Corporate office.  I am humbled to be part of such a fantastic organization and look forward to growing the company in the coming years.”  

Ryan D’Souza started at Jim Pattison Lease in 2012 and has spent the past 9 years working in various roles throughout the company, including Fleet Services, Sales leadership and most recently as Executive Vice-President.  “With an incredible 60-year legacy providing industry leading vehicle leasing and fleet management services to commercial businesses, I am honoured to step into this new role,” said Ryan D’Souza, President, Jim Pattison Lease. “I look forward to building on the unparalleled success and service of our dedicated team, delivering best in business support for our customers and driving innovation across our rapidly evolving industry.”
