Major Drop in Price – Kilowatt-hour of Electric Car Battery

This week, Bloomberg New Energy Finance reported that the cost per kilowatt-hour of electric car battery capacity fell to $156/kwh, down 13% from last year. The agency also predicted that we could reach $100/kwh by 2023, a point where most experts consider the point that EV electric trains would cost the same as ICE electric trains.
