BMW Targets 25 Electric Models by 2025

Electrification announcements have swept through the global automotive marketplace in the last year. Last month, BMW increased the planned number of battery-electric and hybrid models to 25 by 2025. BMW currently offers the battery-electric i3, the plug-in hybrid i8, and many plug-in hybrid versions of its production sedans and crossovers.

BMW expects electric vehicles will account for up to 25% of sales by 2025.
